The resulting PDF can include…

  1. A high-resolution picture of the model.
  2. A second picture of the model rolled back to show model calculations and the expected value of the case.
  3. Notes describing the model and how to interpret the results.
  4. A graph showing the distribution of possible outcomes and how likely each is to occur for the assessment of risk.

Once you have created the case’s model structure, add probabilities and award values to complete the model.

Then analyze the model to consider legal strategy and assess risk.
